How many people have inoue knocked out/down that are 20-40 pounds heavier than him?

I saw a human punchingbag light him up and eating what came back at him:

I also remember Carmona taking his power:

I remember Inoue having to break down a lot of guys before he got the stoppages. It's just that now at 118 he has been able to blow everyone away.

Stop being so ****ing bias. " fat 39 year old bantamweights with a heart condition"...

Taking the lower figure of 20llbs in the thread title as the benchmark, that's approx 10% of Wilder's bodyweight, a little less actually. 10% of Inoue's fight weight is approx 12llbs which would put him in with 130llbs junior lightweights.

Do I think he has the power to hurt and stop a bang average 130llbs boxer the equal talent-wise of someone like Dominic Breazeale, while weighing 118llbs himself? Yes, I think his power is impressive enough to do that.

Remember rehydration will often mean fighters in lower categories are competing at different weights anyway, typically not as much as 12llbs down at 118 maybe but a few llbs, so it's not a massive stretch to suggest this.

And didn't Jamie McDonnell put on 28llbs before being taken out inside a round?

Taguchi is a tough as nails world class operator that Inoue fought in his 4th professional fight. Inoue was a raw and developing fighter. Inoue injured his hand in the 4th or 5th round of the Carmona fight and essentially fought one handed.

Why does it bother you so much that I believe Inoue is P4P a bigger puncher than Wilder? If you vote Wilder, go for it. You're hell bent on saying Inoue isn't the harder puncher yet won't offer arguments for Wilder. Luis Ortiz was a fat middle-aged man w/ a heart condition and Wilder couldn't put him away until the 10th.

Another fact for you to consider — Inoue wiped out 3 world class fighters in a row in 4 rounds. Combined.

McDonnell weighed 144lbs so he rehydrated 26lbs which was 13lbs more than what Inoue rehydrated. 13lbs is a lot for a 118 pounder but 26 is obscene.

 Your arguments just make no sense.

And nice one there giving Inoue a pass for it being his 4th fight, but not to Loma for his second. Double standard and clear bias.
Again the same thing with the injury. Inoue gets to ride the excuse wave but Loma did not.

LOL at people who are saying that wilder is a small man and at a disadvantage. people are treating him as if he's 150 pounds and facing adversity, dude is 6'6" with a massive back and upper body and its unfortunately enough for him to have a small lower body, if he had normal legs he'd be 250 easily. since saturday after knocking out a 250 pound stationary bean bag people are under a spell it seems and its hilarious.

and you can tell whos never fought before because you'd know that as weight goes up whatever weight advantages there are slowly diminish.

26llbs.... I knew it was a lot. Didn't help much did it, you know... dealing with the power?

Wrong person, buddy. The only thing I said about Lomachenko is Inoue possibly punches harder than him and I don't mean P4P. But since you mentioned it, Lomachenko was 26 when he fought Salido. Inoue was 21 when he fought Taguchi — basically just a kid.

Who gives a ****, dumb useless question. All we know for a fact is this dude along with Teo Lopez are p4p a couple of the best punchers anyone has ever seen. Dw is clearly the most devastating power puncher the hw division (so entire sport really) .

These guys are all game changers and just entering their primes, great for the sport. Teo best 130 lber there is, iInoue best 115/118+++ we've seen and Dw is going to keep making his case

Not really no lol. McDonnell was a two-time world champion and a reigning WBA champ who was making the the 7th defence of his title albeit one of his title defences was a NC so it was actually his 9th world title fight in a row if you also include the fight where he won his belt. I think the decision for one of his title defences was meant to be controversial though but I can't remember if I've seen it or not.

Most heavyweights are 20-30lbs overweight. Even the cut ones like Joshua are too muscle bound,
Whyte comes in overweight, Ruiz extemely overweight, Chisora overweight by 15lbs, Parker comes in at a good weight, Breazeale is overweight fluffy ****, takam comes in good shape, povetkin has come in good shape and also overweight, ortiz is old and naturally comes in overweight, miller is like 40-60lbs overweight, Pulev is in decent shape but slightly overweight most of the time, kownacki massively overweight, Fury comes in slightly overweight.

Wilder is about the only in perfect shape. Rivas good shape, parker good weight, takam comes in good shape, Hrgovic good shape.
