How is anyone able to purchase top of the line seats? I've bought floor seats on a couple occasions but the first 5 or 6 rows are never available for purchase, are they only reserved for celebrities and boxing media? Also most recently I attempted to buy tickets for the upcoming Pacquiao vs Thurman fight, I went on the axs website as soon as they went on sale and nothing ringside was ever available and you also cant even pick your own seats. Is anyone familiar with how this works? Are fans allowed to have good seats?
I went in with a media pass at least once or twice. Let's just say that the events weren't very strict about verifying legitimacy of credentials with African boxing websites.
For any events involving boxing stars this is unfortunately the case or at least it is in Los Angeles.
Not for a massive name like Pac, Canelo, or Joshua. The first 10-20 rows are usually reserved tickets for the boxer's friends and families and then boxing people and/or very rich connected people. But you can for other fighters. I remember seeing ringside seats for Spence-Garcia easily able to be purchased.
