Do you think Wilder would of fought Tyson Fury if he was active and never been of for 3 years?

Ye probably because Tyson isn’t that dangerous as in he doesn’t really have that ko power, that one punch power.
I do think that he picked him at what he thought was the best time and that he was perfect to fight to justify that he was fighting the best.

Calculated move to fight Fury to raise his own profile and it worked. To be honest I think folk make too much about this as the reality about Fury is that he's always blown up between fights and after beating Wlad he broke down big time.
Those are the facts about Fury so even in conjecture, this fully fit Fury has never existed until now so you can actually argue that after those exhibition fights this Fury that Wilder fought is the best version we've ever seen?

like Serge said earlier whilst he didn't look much in those tune ups he clearly got enough out of em to be able to go into camp and look great against Wilder.

The Tyson Fury who made Chisora and Hammer literally look like amateurs and quit on their stools? No, hell no he wouldn't have stepped foot in the ring with that man. We're talking a guy with shallow end skills taking a deep dive with that one.

Yes he would've. He knocks Fury out in the rematch.

The fight would have still happen. It's not like the heavyweight division is loaded with talented fighters to choose from. The outcome probably would have been different or not.

This. Wilder really wanted to fight Fury considering Fury was coming off the big win over Wlad and it would’ve been for the undisputed title. Because of Fury’s out of the ring problems Parker and Martin were able to pick up vacant titles.
