Even if Roc just reached out to say "we're thinking of you and will make sure you get the most out of the insurance we had for you." Franco's dad updated the gofundme group many times and the family's biggest beef was the total silence from Roc Nation.

They failed as human beings. And yes, if my son was a fighter that would be a huge mark against them wanting to sign my son.

Any quick footnotes for what happened to this case? Like 15 pages long.

    Salute to everyone

Franco is angry that he got a TBI and blamed Roc Nation for a bunch of stuff that they weren't liable for.

Wtf lmao, "he had the flu", so he's going to sue rocnation since they told him to fight? Sucks what happened to him but this is just desperation.

Of course it is. He was personally responsible for his health insurance, was totally negligent about it, and tried to drag Roc Nation through the mud for not paying his medical bills, which was not their responsiblity. He can't sue them for that so now he had the flu and they forced him to fight

It's that he hates Roc Nation for not dropping hundreds of thousands on medical bills for a fighter with low five figure purses. If he really wanted to get paid, he'd go after the athletic commission for letting him fight and end up in a coma.

No its not the flu. The crux of this lawsuit is that Franco believe after his tko that Roc Nation didn't ensure Franco complete the necessary medical testing required to ensure he was fit in the ring.

    Interesting.
You'd think it is the athletic commissions responsibility. I am curious to see where this will end up. I don't see how the promoter is responsible in this case. Unless they knew there was something wrong with Franco.
