Made about £50 pound over the weekend. Won £15 on inoue ko2 and £35 on getting 3 bets out of 4 correct with Joyce ko between 1 - 3, Inoue ko between 1 - 3 and wilder ko between 1 - 3. Needed taylor ko between 7 - 9 to get about £300 all together

Anybody see any spots they are liking this weekend? I was considering a play on Trout over Gausha but the line has gotten worse over the last day or so. Not sure I’m confident enough to play the current -220.

Anyone going to be backing Ines Antonio Lozada Torres against Pedraza at better than +400?

Better take decision man. I think it's doubtful if Lozada can stop Pedraza who is very very tough and durable. We saw that vs. Loma IMO. Dec is much better price than ML, almost four times the ML. IMO DEC is basically ML. I know Lozada stopped Verdejo but Verdejo chinny and questionable chin aswell.

I don't think super highly of Verdero but I'd say he operates at a similar level as Pedraza (Pedraza being only slightly better). If Torres beat Verdejo, he can definitely beat Pedraza IMO. Torres has a high KO ratio but he is more of the accumulation type? I mean aren't we getting greedy by taking a prop instead of the +425 ML?

I took Lozada straight, +425. I think that's a plenty generous line. I'm not expecting a white wash but at the very least a very competitive fight. Like I already said, we already saw a 6'0 foot lightweight push Pedraza close.

f1ght3rz was saying taking Torres by Decision prop. I'm with you though, I took Torres at +425. And I agree, at the least we get a competitive fight and if Torres has even a 30% chance, there is a ton of value.

Also have to remember the fierce Mexico vs PR rivalry that exists when looking at this bout.

I don't think Lozado is very good, it was more a clash of styles which made him beating Verdejo. Verdejo can't deal with pressure fighters at all and Lozado has pretty good output which can make it close on the cards. Pedraza should deal with him much better and i also think Pedraza much stronger and more crafty than Verdejo, also much (!) better footwork in comparison. I think it'll be a close dec in the end, i took a small bet on Lozado dec +1800. Insane price.

Don't understand this line of thinking... What does that by proxy make the Olympian Verdejo? I'm aware he's not this forums favorite fighter but you can't deny he's a fairly talented one. He just beat Byran Vasquez with little to no problem.

What is hard to understand about my writing? Verdejo is chinny, has suspect chin and can't deal at all with pressure fighters. Lozada pretty much high output, high pressure guy. Throws 60-70 punches per round. Vasquez def no high output high pressure guy and i don't think Verdejo beat him EASILY, it was a tough fight and Verdejo only won bec Vasquez was lazy. All the time Vasquez was going for it, the fight was closer and VErdejo had problems. Verdejo has some skills and is talented, do not deny that at all, but as i wrote he has pretty big problems to handle pressure and size. I also think Verdejo is too chinny for 135. Can see him getting chinned again. I thinj Pedraza did very well vs Loma and he's def stronger than Verdejo. I think Pedraza is underrated, he won't get KO'd here, 100%. His footwork is one or two classes above Verdejos. and his chin is pretty good. Look what he ate vs Loma and Davis.

We're talking about +400 and +1800. Not about +400 and +600 or somthing.

I don't thi nk Lozada will win anyway but if he wins it's via close dec as Pedraza tends to make his fights closer than they should be. So +1800 is good price to back a guy who has a pretty good win on his resume vs. Verdejo. Still, completly different matchups. I hope Lozada throws 60-70 punches today aswell. He might be able to outwork Pedraza.
