Can someone give Wilder amateur records ? Or atleast how many voctory and loses he have, as well as how many stoppages? I`m curious does he always have that "power" or magically come when he turn pro?

I saw him twice at the National Golden Gloves when he won it. I think he had like 12 amateur fights going into the tournament, something like that. Basically a novice. Fought a guy from Detroit, had around 100 fights. Kind of a Mike Tyson-built guy, came charging out against the much taller Wilder, full of aggression. Wilder was raw and gangly. But he caught the guy coming in with a right hand, kind of glancing and wobbled the guy. For the rest of the fight, the guy ran ... I don’t mean tried to stick and move, he just kept moving side to side and trying to stay as far away as he could. In the finals Wilder fought the NYGG champ. This guy was about 6 foot, I’d say, and kind of a slick in-and-out guy, way more than 100 fights from what his people told me. He did good for about a minute — slide in, pop-pop-pop, get out. Then Wilder, again, landed a right hand along the ropes and the rest of the way he just clutched and held. I think he even got deducted a point for it after several warnings. Bottom line, soon as they got hit it was just try to survive instead of try to win. It’s hard to get a high knockout percentage in the amateurs with bigger gloves and headgears. Thomas Hearns went like 155-8 as an amateur and had like 12 knockouts. Just a different game. Also consider that was in the heavyweight (190 pound), not super heavyweight (unlimited) division. So Wilder was very skinny and hadn’t tried to build up the muscle he has as a pro.
Head gear and amateur gloves didn't stop Savon's right hand from breaking opponent's bones and getting stoppages. Wilder's high KO rate in the pros is due to fighting mostly bums.
I can't understand why people will include Wlad as an all time great puncher but will in turn call Wilder a bum crusher. Wlad hasn't knocked out any one with the size and power of Ortiz. Those closest was Peter who was a shell of himself. Some obvious double standards are going on here.
Thing is that's bollocks. Wlad has a résumé better than anyone in the division today and that's because of how bad it is. Ortiz is like 97 and has heart problems the fact he is Wilder's best win is pathetic. Wlad has the win over Thompson 2*, Chagaev, Pianetta, Chambers, Mercer ect.
No Ortiz is not 97 yrs old. He's still beating up and knocking out heavyweights. Ray Mercer has been through heavyweight hell by the time he fought Wlad. Brutal toe to toe wars. His time was up. Wlad dined on the succulent leftovers. Wilder KO's all on that shitty resume.
