Frank is itching to get the Eubank rematch - an offer has gone in and their waiting for a responce apparently.

Linning up no names will just be a replay of Saunders’ WBO 160 title
“reign” which was a disaster ( apart from the Lemieux fight), and one I personally don’t have any interest in paying any attention too.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Saunders tried to get in with the winner of Kovalev and Yarde and become a world champion in 3 different weight classes :)

    Frustrating yes
    Soul destroying no

Plenty of other good boxers to watch if he wants to be daft and
    remain inactive

Thing with Saunders you have to realise is that he is totally out for himself and is not really looking at a legacy in the fans eyes

Easy to accept once you see what he is up to

He should have signed with Eddie and Dazone and taken that Andrade fight. He'd probably be fighting Canelo in December in Vegas or Cowboy stadium if he had.
But Frank sweet talked him, "stick with me Bill, and I'll get you isufi in Stevenage"!!!

He should go back to middle and fight Andrade. Unless he doesn't fancy it. I get the feeling he is just hoping for a canelo payday and then he can retire.

The big fights just haven't happened for him. He could rematch eubank. He could fight Andrade or wait for canelo. Option 3 pays the most by far. He won't risk much while there is a chance of getting that fight.

The problem with that is GGG and Canelo and Andrade are all with DAZN. In terms of loyalty you’ve got to admire him and to be honest he’s let Frank down that many times he owed him one. But in terms of career progress it doesn’t appear to be the best move.

Is Billy contracted to an American network? If not, he can box on DAZN and BT.

I hope one of or both Canelo and GGG see Billy's supermiddleweight belt as an asset they wish to acquire. Canelo doesn't have a lot of 'big' fights and his current SMW belt is a fraud.

Yeah he signed with top rank didn’t he. You say Canelo doesn’t have a lot of big fights but he has plenty more than Saunders. He’s got Andrade to unify the division, he’s got the GGG trilogy- which could possibly lead to a 4th fight depending on the outcome and he’s got Callum Smith. All 3 are in house fights. Saunders across the two divisions only has Eubank Jr rematch unless ESPN are going to let him fight on DAZN.

I'm not disagreeing with any of that. Just stating Billy's name is in the hat for a Canelo fight, although the fights you mentioned are probably ahead of him. I think signing with top rank was a silly move for Billy.

Billy Joe isn't signed to Top Rank ESPN. They show his fights as part of the Queensbury deal but he is free to fight on a different network in the States he has no contract with Top Rank .ESPN

I don’t know. When the Fury deal was announced it was said that Saunders, Yarde and Dubois were following suit IIRC.
