Chin ups and pull ups are easy, muscle ups are 10x harder than them, you are not doing 30 pound muscle ups, unless you don't know what a muscle up is and you're assuming I'm talking about pull/chin ups. I'm saying I'm shocked if you could do 15 pull ups because you're weak asf.
