Actually Bonds did positive for PEDs, however, his lawyers were able to make the tests inadmissible in his trial.

That is true. I forgot about that whole fiasco. They found his doping calendar too.

Pacquiao sued Floyd for defamation. No guilty person would bring that kind of spotlight and attention to himself if he's using.

Canelo threatened to sue Golovkin, but didn't.

Marquez threatened to sue Roach, but didn't.

    I wonder why.

His brain got bigger because he went back to school and graduated from a University I think. When your brain gets bigger the skull size increases.

Whilst I must admit, there are a few examples of where it appears a boxer looks like he's on something. But In the modern era, it's a sorry state that such accusations can be easily made and thus snowball to a larger audience. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty.

If Pac was on any PEDs it wouldn’t be hgh, that’s for bodybuilders. A guy who can barely reach WW limit is not on hgh. It would probably have been something for quicker recovery thus allowing him to train like an animal.

Anyways he sued Floyd for defamation and won.

Floyd was legit caught with the smoking gun in his apartment, they made a big noise and was quickly covered up soon as Al had a word with the NSAC.

Illegal IV enough to either support a dehydrated person or to cover PEDs, which one is more likely? And the application applied for 21 days AFTER the fact, it’s suppose to be before.

    To quote NSAC:
"The TUE for Mayweather's IV -- and the IV was administered at Floyd's house, not in a medical facility, and wasn't brought to our attention at the time -- was totally unacceptable," Bennett is quoted as saying in the report. "I've made it clear to [USADA CEO] Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did."

So basically they violated NSAC and WADA protocol. And to add to this, USADA has history of cover ups and hasn’t caught anyone, vada meanwhile catching everyone left and right with simple urine testing. If you can’t see what’s happening here then you’re purposely blind. Never been more blatant.

This is what I think is going on with USADA vs. Lance Armstrong, this is my hypothesis.

In 2006 when I was at Interbike in Las Vegas I met with Dr. Wade Exum in person face to face with an eye witness being former professional and USA Cycling teammate of mine Justin Spinelli.

During this meeting Dr. Wade Exum told me for a fact that USA Cycling and the USOC had full knowledge of doping by US Cycling Team Members and that they allowed them to compete even after they tested positive for doping.

He told me then Lance Armstrong was being allowed to dope and also Tammy Thomas. I did some research of my own after I was fired and paired with my meeting with Dr. Exum, plus conversations with his very vocal wife Jan knew the exact questions to ask.

I asked Dr. Exum if Travis Tygart of USADA stood against him in court? The documents I had found mentioned that Travis Tygart was representing the USOC vs Dr Wade Exum. I had doubts about Travis after he stopped returning my calls and after my conversations with USADA that seemed to be fact finding to cover up rather than to end doping.

Dr. Wade Exum verified this information that Travis did stand against him as a member of the USOC's legal team which was hired from the lawfirm H.R.O.
