Why is he content to be the number 1 contender and repeatedly get passed over? He should sue the WBC like Rocchigiani did. What is the purpose of paying sanctioning fees to get to that position, if the WBC simply continues to allow Wilder to duck?

Fury is the one who has been ordered to fight Whyte, so the level of blame should lay at his door along with a claim for damages.

All that was expected of Whyte, was to fight in a eliminator but sadly his opponent is terrified of challenging himself

Suilaman is too powerful for anyone to have the balls to sue him.

Rocchigiani was a totally different case. Whyte can't make a case against the WBC. Whom they will place at #1 is totally at their discretion. They can be heavily criticised but a lawsuit is a totally different story.

Let’s just be real the IBF is the only belt who rightly enforce they’re mandatories regardless of whom the fighter is.. Dillian Whyte should have took that Pulev IBF eliminator..

The HW, MW, WW, Mexican fighters and Haymon fighters will always corrupt the WBC.. The WBC hasn’t enforced there WBC mandatory in forever..

Top Rank and Frank Warren and mostly European fighters will always corrupt the WBO like it always just so happen that Top Rank fighter or Warren fighter always become a WBO mandatory or fight for a vacant belt..

The WBA solve problems by naming 3 champions per divisions..

WBC are not fools their rules are laid out in a way they can do what they like pretty much and so Whyte would have no case as any court would just cite the WBC's own rules.

The Rocchigiani case was quite different. The WBC had him fight for the vacant WBC belt and then demoted him to interim status when RJJ decided to move back down to light heavy and then stripped him of his interim status when RJJ's side backed out of a mandated fight with Rochigianni. Nothing in the WBC's rules that covers such a situation to my knowledge because it's such an absurd scenario you couldn't legislate for such a bizarre, unique and ridiculous case.

Fury is too busy slagging off Joshua in a bid to make people forget about his Schwarz fight and the fact he is ducking Whyte. Fury doesn’t want any bodysnatcher business

The most accurate description of the political landscape of the ABC boxing commission's. Anyone of us posters could send the WBA a stack of money in an envelope and become champions too.

Because he wouldn't have a case. The WBC are very clear that being number one does not guarantee you a mandatory position. Whyte should essentially give up his quest and stop paying sanctioning fees to those corrupt f***ers.
