After Wilder stops Ortiz and Kownacki to go 43-0-1 (42 KO) who will he fight? That will conclude the 3 fight deal of Breazeale, Ortiz and Kownacki. Maybe Wilder will sign another 3 fight deal after that to stay 'loyal' to Showtime and the Weasel Espinoza

Who knows, but Fury has made it clear he wants a lot more hype before he fights Wilder again and better promotion, since he was disappointed with the ratings in their first fight and rightfully so and Barry Hearn himself said he wasn't in a hurry to rush Joshua to fight either as long as Joshua can sells tickets against less risky opponents considering Joshua is still young. Wilder most likely won't get a chance to fight either Fury or Joshua until 2021-2022.

If he wins both, it will be Joshua, then likely a rematch because both will include that clause in the contract.

Charles Martin wouldn't be a surprising opponent.

Funnily enough Martin was the replacement opponent for Ortiz in the first fight, Ortiz was having heart problems before the first fight so we were actually pretty close for that one lol.

As long as Martin doesn't lose, it's almost certain. It will be fun to see the "Walk this Earth like a God" comments repeated, along with the too short tights excuse for the AJ loss.

I would not be surprised if this happens.

He will fight Shannon Briggs, Then a returning Ray Mercer. Then Wilder will try to get Mike Tyson and Gerry Cooney to return to the ring and fight them. He does love old men. Wilder fans will still think he is the greatest puncher of all time after he stop those old men I listed.

So one guy has three belts up for grabs and God knows how many millions and you pick the guy with no belts, less money and a stylistic nightmare.Am I missing something here?
