    Danny absorbed huge shots from Matthhyse, Thurman, and Porter, and barely blinked... Yet was visibly hurt by Old Man Morales and was punished and ready to go by featherfisted dudes like Herrera and Peterson.

    He prepared himself adequately and braced himself properly for the big punchers, but wasn't expecting much from the lighter hitting guys and got caught off guard.

    Thank you.:D Its probaby why most guys gets KTFO or dropped by lighter hitting guys yet hang tough with big punchers, a la Gvozdyk going down vs. Karpency, yet taking Stevenson & Gonzalez's power and Jack down vs. Edwards and taking Groves/Browne/Dirrell/DeGale/Bute. I felt that was probably what happened with Kovalev vs. Ward and Alvarez as well. He got lazy, didn't think they could hurt him and paid for it.

    Yeah, as much as I like Kovalev, he looked really stupid when he kept saying that Ward hit like a girl leading up to the rematch. And then he was badly hurt by a right hand.

    He does, but even a girl can hurt you if they load up with everything they've got and nail you right on the chin. The hardest I've ever been hit was by a girl.:lol: Every guy that's hit me, I was prepared for, then when I was goofing around, I said the girl couldn't hurt me, and told her to punch me in the stomach, I didn't brace for it or anything. It knocked the breath out of me.:lol:

    Well Peterson is not light fisted fighter not a puncher but can KO you if the punch is well placed and Peterson was way bigger than Garcia that night too.
