Just because a up comming fighter wins a fight that does not automaticly put him in the top ten P4P so please can we not start posting threads such as Where does Abraham rank P4P just yet, can you atleast wait until the man fights and beats a current world champion before we start making silly threads already? P4P rankings are not designed for a fighter to be automaticly ranked when he performs well, its deeper than that.
Add Kessler to this list, there is a lot of dubious stuff that goes on here and its guys who are not well versed in the sport.
you dont have to look far, I mean damn when they start talking about Abraham being in the P4P rankings that should tell you. Not everybody is served with a slice of the P4P cake just on one performance especially when that fighter has not beat any champion for the IBF title he has and has not beat any former Champion either, I aint dogging Abraham these are facts, he does have solid wins over solid fighters but he has yet to beat a Current or Former world champion.
You can't really trip about this subject. It's actually kinda petty to think someone is stupid for asking a question. Give them an honest answer, don't try to make yourself seem like a boxing god who knows everything and everyone else is below you. The question "Where is Arthur Abraham P4P?" is a legit question. Although my opinion is MAYBE he cracks the top 25 P4P. That doesn't make it a dumb 'noob' question. Maybe it's a noob asking all you percieved experts your expert opinion. And oh yeah, if its a 'dumb thread', IGNORE IT! Do you actually open and read every thread on here? If you do, Arthur Abrahams P4P status should be the least of your worries.
did some fool want to add Juanma based on what beating The worst looking Champ in boxing and this coming form a guy who hopes Juanma has the greatest career since Sugar Ray Robinson. NO JUAN NEEDS A LONG WAY TO GO. TAKE NOTES BOYS THIS IS HOW ITS DONE.
I agree, just minutes ago I posted about him being over-rated. His best oppoenent is Edison Miranada, for **** sake! :yep
Javier Velazco is a former world champion at 160 :yep. But you're right...he ain't no top10 fighter because he never beat a top fighter at his weight but I for one would sure rank him in the top 20 p4p (btw, as most boxing journalists will do now).
You againatsch You may quite possibly be the worst poster i've come across on these boards for a few months.
