    It would be better for Joshua for the rematch not to be in the UK. Too much pressure.

    Damn I just now realized this. Al Haymon controls both men that have all four major belts at HW. Shenanigans will likely ensue. Unless there's an immediate rematch clause, I can see him feeding Andy a couple of guys to extend his reign.

    Funny thing is how quickly the whole picture changed. Both Wilder and Joshua got ****ed up, this should be a lesson for all the boxers. Too much ducking gets you in this situation. I expect Haymon to put Ruiz against Wilder so Wilder can unify. That is the only smart move. Then they will be back on track with the millions.

    How surreal reality has become.

    This is all hilarious, like a parallel universe. It was (supposedly) never supposed to happen, as so much was at stake, but Hearn/AJ were overconfident they'd win lol

    Good on Ruiz Jr. He is the champ.

    Hearn/AJ kicked out in the cold.

    What an upset!!! The promotion games/politics is what elevates this upset above Tyson/Douglas... the shift in power between all promotion machines, managers, trainers, networks, DAZN, PBC

    Can you imagine Eddie Hearn, spotty grease-faced Frank Smith and drunken Barry Hearn heading into a conference room to negotiate a rematch deal with Al Haymon, Sam Watson and some of the legit gangsters Haymon rolls with? Jesus wept. The Brits would be well and truly slapped down.

    Ruiz doesn't even know what's in the contract lol.

    He will be fighting in front of 70K at Cardiff.

    Nothing Al Haymon can do to prevent it.

    they know that if they don't give the rematch they'll be sued, just like rahman wanting to fight tyson instead of lewis, a judged told rahman that he had to honor the contract.
