He doesn't possess the power to command the respect of the type of level of opponents he is fighting now, let alone the guys at world level that coupled with a poor defence that relies primarily on his reflexes alone is gonna lead to disaster for him. The strangest thing is though people have been saying this for a while now and yet him and Booth don't seem to be learning their lesson.

 

He’s a good boxer, not a great one. He’s definitely got talent but he needs to jib the majority of the showboating off until he’s clearly winning.

The lack of power but good boxing ability reminds me of his stable mate Ryan Burnett but Ryan is a level above in terms of ability but isn’t going too far because of that lack of pop.

I don't think Kelly possesses the intellect to change and it's going to cost him , big time . Booth on the other hand , as his trainer , should be taking note . He's not enhancing his rep as a trainer here .
