I know that for his dad to be publically berating him on live tv with an audience of millions it was more than just the colour of AJ's gloves.
Sure, but that doesn't address my point. The absence of a known cause doesn't mean a random conspiracy theory is correct. There are other CTs already posted on this very forum.
I had no intention of addressing your crank point. I'm putting my own out there, which happens to be correct. There was/is a serious issue in the Joshua camp which had obviously been flagged up by Joshua Senior, it's literally on video.
You do a lot of talking. Did you start watching boxing this past Saturday night? You follow the sport but can honestly say that you have never seen a fighter intentionally spit out his mouth piece? Lol, gtfoh. As i stated earlier, no fighter that gets up four times and gives the best effort they have on that particular night is a quitter regardless of whether their name is Joshua, Wilder, Fury or Ruiz. Again, i could care less about the heavyweight division, not one of the current active heavyweights would compete with a prime Lewis, Tyson or Holyfield. You are a prime example of someone who criticizes a fighter as a quitter but wants to show remorse and sorrow when a fighter ends up in a situation where they end up in a hospital bed with life threatening injuries all the while never accomplishing in your own life other than seeing how many posts you can respond to in a forum.
Or a distressed father could have been acting emotionally. It doesn’t mean someone did something wrong. It doesn’t mean there was a panic attack, a knockdown in training camp or anything else — overprotective parents often act out where their children are concerned, even adult children. The video I saw, he was talking and waving his fingers a bit ... he wasn’t going for the man’s throat. It could have been down to “You shouldn’t have made him come to America” (AJ has said before he isn’t comfortable outside the UK) or anything else. Do we even know if his father was at training camp or in the locker room before the fight, for starters?
What's dismaying is the focus of his father's contempt was the promoter that has been alongside them from the beginning and has helped make his son incredibly wealthy.
Don't do a Eddie and spin what I said. I stated that I've never seen a fighter intentionally spit out their gum shield half way across the ring when on their knees before turning their back on the ref to return to their corner? If you have seen such incidents before, feel free to provide evidence.. As for your last diatribe, about feeling sad about the consequences of a fighers health, well it is part and parcel of the gladiatorial sport. Lastly you have no idea of my accomplishments as I have no idea of yours other than you have scars from some battles that you've had in the past.
Just because AJ got dropped in sparring doesn't mean Hearn should pull the fight. It's a ridiculous request by his father. I understand from a parental standpoint and I can feel for him, but this is boxing. It's a business and people don't pull out unless they get injured. Can you imagine? Pulling out of such a large event because AJ got dropped in sparring? That would cast a poor light on AJ and his father. AJ has got some serious chin issues if he's getting dropped by a guy like Joey Dawejko. He can't handle punches well and he doesn't react well. This loss is going to shatter AJ's confidence in future fights and his opponents are going to gun for that fragile chin. This could be Khan 2.0 all over again.
