Two of the greatest to put on gloves.

The Pittsburgh Windmill vs The Tacoma Assassin.

Who wins this epic clash for the ages?

Excellent match...I prefer to not throw Greb in too many matchups....I give weight to the very good fighters opinions who fought him with a similar style like Tunney with the St Paul style but because we can't judge him have never seen him and can't even assess his strengths and weaknesses it is impossible to imagine how the matchups would go.....we have video of Langford, Jeffries, Ketchel and so on but nothing on him except a promotional clip messing around IMO...but if I was forced into it I would go with Greb as I feel style wise Steele is a smaller Tunney in style and we have read about the wars those two went through but would not rule out a Steele victory

I'd say Greb in a UD, could go either way. Steele gets a win in a series tho

Loads of people will think Greb because we think we have too, and true Greb is DEFO One of the Absolute Greatest of All Time...

however, and I've expressed this numerous times for years now. There WAS an Evolution in Stylish Athleticism that entered Boxing by the late 20s and 30s, it Changed Boxing from Tough Hardnut Fighters, too Tough Hardnut Fighters with Athletic Flow.

so generally speaking Boxing entered into a Greater Overall Period that carried the Sport into the 70s, before it gradually declined and at different pockets since then has even been void. Generally speaking.

I would take Steele more times than not, but I've no doubt each meet would be a fight!

Greb is a top four ATG. Steele falls far below. Greb wins easily via decision.
