That comment right there may make Andre the most delusional boxing figure in the sport. If Joshua landed the left that dropped Ruiz there would still be a national manhunt going on in an attempt to locate Wards head.

I thought Ward came off as quite rational in his summations. He wasn’t throwing mud or talking smack - just sounded like a fair opinion, with some of the pre-requisite self mythologisation thrown in...

The guy on the far left is a really bizarre character though. I always think it when he’s on TV - it’s the equivalent of giving a job to that Scott Gilfoid guy or some of the more vociferous trolls on here - like the network know he’s an opinionated loudmouth but just want to benefit from the click bait or whatever. The dumbing down of society as a commodity. Can’t stand to see athletes, and particularly fighters, get disrespected - no matter what my personal opinion of them is.

Lol. You have to admire how calmly Tyson took his defeat to Douglas, he still continued to go to parties and clubs and never shied away from reporters and paparazzi

Sorry Motor mouth but I know Tony Margarito had NOTHING in his wraps but his fists. I watched his hands wrapped that night. He LEGITIMATELY beat down Cotto & made him quit on his knees. Ive seen his hands wrapped many many times never once seen anything illegal
It was funny how the NSAC inspector watched Tony's hands wrapped for passed and signed off on them before that POS complained he hadnt seen the wrapping before the Mosely fight wasnt it. then claimed PLASTER BLOCKS fell from the wraps when they were removed

I was a fan of Andre Ward when he was fighting. He’s been insufferable since retirement, he’s negative and criticises everyone. It seems like he has a real chip on his shoulder and as you say, he can’t stand not being in the spotlight or the discussion.

 

There that is a true statement. Ward fought 4 times in 5 years against journeymen while he continually sued his terminally ill manager & losing every time. Real nice religious guy isnt he ??? NOT!!! Dirtiest fighter Ive seen in over 35 years in boxing
