You cant get knocked down twice never even bother attempt to knock your opponent down and expect to become heavyweight champion. In the 15 round days Fury would have ended up in the hospital.

Actually Fury was the "lineal" champion Wilder was only a paper belt holder, one guy defeated a hall of fame boxer in Wlad Klitschko, the other received an undeserved shot against Bermane Stiverne. Then Fury not even fully fit went into his opponents back yard and dominated the fight. but seeing as this is your very first post on this site I won't fault you if you don't understand the context of what happened. Welcome aboard

The lineal championship is just as fraudulent as the alphabet ones. What champion did Klitschko beat to become lineal champion?

Wlad started a new lineal lineage when he defeated Ruslan Chagaev. ANd he cemented it when he defeated Povetkin the number 1 contender. I'm well aware the lineal lineage has been broken numerous times like when Gene Tunney retired and Marciano later etc. but the fact remains Fury defeated the best heavyweight on the planet a Hof fighter that carries weight to it. He was robbed by judges

He wasnt robbed. He decided to do his best Mayweather impression and got stuck with the consequences

If you don't believe it was robbery fine, but check another thread on this site titled how did you score fury wilder, it was poll conducted by the members of this site, you may find the results interesting and the members here are pretty knowledgeble bunch. Again welcome aboard newbie

Theres a big difference between having a difference of option on who won a fight and being "robbed"

Like the first GGG v Canelo fight I though GGG won but I dont think he was robbed getting the draw. He didnt do enough to win the fight.

Just like Fury tried to outpoint Wilder, and at no time did he get in there and attempt to win the fight and more often than not judges arent give you those rounds if you are just being passive and trying to out point your opponents.

one judge gave wilder 7 rounds! thats a robbery. there's two trains of thought with the term robbery, some ppl use it when the scoring is horribly inaccurate (i think giving wilder 7 rounds fits that bill) others use when the wrong verdict is reached even if fight was close. Vast, vast majority of people had Fury winning including all the most of the writers. I don't want to parse words I felt Fury won the fight. I scored it 9-3 for him. I'm on the go cheers. welcome to site go look around lot of interesting threads on here newbie

Actually, if this was a 15 round fight Fury would have won this. Wilder was getting outboxed every single round.

One score card might be a little off but the result was certainly correct.

BTW 9-3 for Fury is just as far off as 7-5 for wilder if you are gauging from the 113-113 card which was 7-5 for Fury

So according to the ring ratings committee.

If you draw with number 2 you become number 1

If you beat number 1 you become number 3

This discredits their previous ratings. So why take current ratings serious.

On the one hand, that's true.
On the other, it's obvious they're using not just accomplishments, but the "eye test" as well.
