Has to be 2009 because it has David Haye in it. Remember all the excitement this guy was going to bring and all the savage KO's he was going to deliver to the Divisions best fighters while unifying all the belts? Yeah me too.

Haye vs AJ, that would be a fight!

I think current Ruiz beat current Povetkin.
Even old Vitaly sadistically destroyes Wilder.

Unfortunately, The Ring (incorrectly, IMO) ranked Thompson behind Boytsov and Dimitrenko, so he just doesn't place here according to their rankings.

I agree with both of those picks.

2009 was better at spots 1-5. Some of matches at the bottom of the list are toss ups

Actually, going by the specific matchups you posted... which are the 10 fighters head to head based on ranked,

    I have it tied 5 to 5.

The ones Im picking from that era are Wlad, Vitali, Povetkin, Haye and Chagaev.

I had todays era winning at first glance because I had Ortiz beating Haye... but on second thought, Ortiz is pretty past it and that was a prime Haye, so Ill switch to Haye there.

I have it a draw in eras.

It's because Thompson had just lost to Wlad. Boytsov had no business being there with a nothing resume though.
