in boxing, your feet are every bit as important as your hands and you have to use them much
so it stands to reason that you should take care of yoru feet
when I was working out this morning I discoverd a small cut on the bottom of my right foot at the very crease of skin where the toe meets the foot
    ist misicule but bothersome
I just soaked my feeet in hot water and epsom salt
anyone else have pediatric problems or a specific way to take care of their feeet
my feet really got damaged a bit when I hitchhiked back in 2005(tell yall about it some day in the lounge)
    any input would be appriciated

Stay hydrated and use lotion. Make sure your shoes fit properly so you don't get blisters.

Optimally running should be done in sand without shoes IMO. Unfortunately I don't live near a beach.
