Fury one of my 3 favorite fighters right now. He did enough to win both fights, he didn't do enough to warrant the praise he is getting. Like he put on some master class against Wilder

When does showboating ever look good or actually pays off?obviously Ali springs to mind and Roy Jones and Saunders look into the distance was so spontaneous which made it cool.
Fury and is usual antics are anything but spontaneous and like you say he's wasting precious time when he should be winning rounds.
It's arguable that both knock downs came about from showboating anyway.

It's also arguable that the showboating rattled Wilder overall.

Actually I am not trying to criticize Wilder, I am not a fan of Wilder or Joshua. I was just shocked to see him wobbled by Brezeale. At the end of the day he got the job done in brutal fashion.

He cant get enough praise in my opinion for getting up from being dropped in the 12th and continuing the round like it never happened, that is a champion. That was a brutal shot and I don't know how many heavyweights would have been able to get back up.

Cunningham dropped him heavily and was easily out boxing him. Fury won by laying on the 38 year old man with no power at cw until he was exhausted. Usyk, Gassiev, Briedis, they all stop and humiliate Fury.

Fury was acting like the Kurgan from Highlander, sticking his tongue out like that. Nearly got decapitated in the end. Blew the roof off the Staples Centre regardless.

Unfortunately the judges didn't agree that there should be only one.
