Name them. I fully believe this is what makes a fighter reach the top, elite level. So many boxers are only training when they have a fight lined up and a lot of that is to get their weight off, and as such, not learning to things. Devin Haney is training every single day.
I don’t know 24/7 but Mayweather has always been a gym rat and always eats healthy so his lifestyle is definitely something to be impressed with.
Dillian Whyte... Recently quoted as saying "Ruiz had a short camp? That's a lie... every pro contender should be training 365 days a year, this is our day job... we don't take breaks even between camps. #FlameJacketOn
AJ trains even when he's on vacation, he's training hard between camps. Wlad trains every day (6 days per week) even after he retired from boxing.
One guy I know trained all the time was Paulie Ayala another Ft Worth Texas buddy & 2 x world champ. He fought & beat Johnny Tapia for the WBA bantam title in the FOTY 1999. His manager Scott Shermann told him "Go enjoy yourself I dont want to see you for a month at least" Paulie's trainer Paul Reyes said "A week later Paulie comes in the BMI gym ready to work out" Paulie said " I got bored so here I am" LOL Great guys Paulie , Paul & Johnny Tapia R.I.P Champ
Mike Tyson certainly does not belong in that list. In fact his dramatic decline was explained by the fact that he stopped training as hard as he did from 1985-88
Beterbiev is a gym rat. He only takes time off during Ramadan or when he is flexing with Ramzan Kadyrov.
