John Tate; Pretty nice run up until the Weaver left hook that ruined him. all 3 were favored to beat him, which is hard to believe===especially with the benefit of hindsight. Bobick Knoetze Coetzee

I love those fights, and Holyfield. But I have to give it up for the first Bowe fight, Evander looked more like a champion than ever in defeat imo. Against a man who physically should have squashed him like a bug (and later, did). Plus I must mention Tyson I. Yeah, both Evander and Mike were on the down slope at the time, however Evander was the second man to truly expose the flaws in Mike's technique. And he did it twice, considering Tyson was once again getting his derriere handed to him in the second fight. I do think the Quawi fight was one of EH's most interesting.
Sanchez was so incredible, one of boxing's greatest losses imo. That precision and cool-headedness. I think Sanchez was on his way to the same Elite thrones occupied by Ray Robinson, 60s Ali, Duran, and Mayweather.

The bout with Johhny Owen was so great but so terrible. Johnny had the heart of a warrior, and left this world as one. Pintor was never truly the same after this bout.
Literally I don't think I have had goose bumps like when watching Margarito brush off everything Cotto through at him. With hindsight though, it is arguably a tainted memory!
