Fury comes out of a long absence, out of shape, faces 2 bums.
Wilder is in great shape, defeats serious opponents.

They make press conferences, shows, publicities just like in Mayweather vs McGregor. Lots of trash talking. 2 fights were so similar. The fight becomes so popular, WBC American Champion vs British lineal champion.

They might have agreed to have a draw, so that the result won't destroy their legacies.

Why was it a draw, seriously???

After the match, everybody is happy, they are hugging, cheering, laughing... and makes millions of $$$.

It was a show. An exhibition match.

It was a draw because it actually was a draw, that‘s the reason.

    Wilder SD
    Fury SD
Or Draw as it Was , don't go for much .
Rematch is what's really needed , will be a harder fight to Fix .

was a joke fight. wilder won. fury didn't win enough rounds to get more points after 2 knockdowns. IMO.

i dont like wilder or fury, but i have to give wilder credit where it was due,

however, fury was coming off 2 bums and weightloss etc. etc.

Just one problem with this theory... Wilder tried to fuse Fury's body with the canvas in round 12.

    Nice chatting....

No. Fury is just so much better than Wilder that he can out box him over 12 rounds after a 2 and a half year layoff and next to no ring time after having lost 10 stone and funneled the Colombian economy up his nose and imbibed most of the Guinness in Ireland.

The second knockdown made it a fairly judged draw, without that Fury would have won.

    What was your card?

I watched it on Monday night and whilst giving him the benefit of the doubt as much as possible still had Fury Winning

This. Fury would’ve never agreed to get hammered like he did by Wilder if it was a fix.

Someone at work came up with a similar theory, he thinks it’s all staged panto, fury went off on a binge and got depressed just so he could stage the big comeback, and the wilder fight was choreographed punch for punch. Being dead serious as well. Hilarious stuff.

Yes. Fury was robbed. It was a clear victory for Fury even with the knock downs. It was a fixed match but only on the PBC side of the fence. They will happily cheat to make sure they dont lose their champions. They screwed Fury. My card finished 115-113 to Fury. I shared the opener and i think i may of given Wilder the 2nd round as well as the 9th and 12th which i gave as 10-8 rounds even though Fury was the better fighter in both rounds.

Actually Wilder faced mostly bums his entire career.
Ortiz and Stiverne (the first time) were the only credible contender opponents on his record.
The rest were bums and near-bums.
