From what I've heard, Loma lives like a Buddhist monk. Eating healthy and fresh meal everydays. I don't know how many 'cheat days' he has, but most likely quite a few since he looks in great shape even when not training or scheduled for a fight. He even said that he still could make 130.

So I think he'll have quite a long 135 career. All of lower weight champions who would like to go up eventually will need to fight him to get a title.
