6th July Manchester Card - What are Matchroom thinking?

What’s the thinking behind putting this Calibre of event on at arenas? Surely it’s more cost effective and looks better on tv if it’s held somewhere with a smaller capacity.

 

This is the level sky show now, anything above this will be put on PPV. Frauds!

Yeah I can’t see Mrs Browns Boys being a great seller for a sporting company.

 

Fitzgerald probably the best ticket seller there, spesh in a Blackpool local Derby.

Think Hearn will be taking a hit on this show. Some of these shows are getting as bad as Warrens if not worse.

Least Matchroom Italy have some cards coming up

 

Looking at it, they only have 11 blocks open, and the floor seating? No upper tier at all. What capacity will that be then?

 

Wonder who the big name Brit is? Someone like Burns or Crolla (maybe too soon for him).

 

Whoever it is, surely at this stage they are in a nothing fight?

He has booked the 02 and Manchester Arena in a 14 day period, and if he merged the two cards together he would probably fill the copper box
