Since George Foreman knocked out 5 guys in a row, how would he do when taking on these these 3? This content is protected
George was amazing in his 40s but now that he’s like 70-sornething AJ is probably the only one he beats.
He would break em all down. Well, break Fury down, the other two wouldn't take much breaking down, they'd just get sparked out
I think Fury UDs him. He probably gets to AJ and Wilder at some point. I think him vs AJ is a good fun fight until his power makes a fight changing appearance.
This was Foreman at near his worst, after he lost to Ali he had no confidence in himself and was not the wrecking machine he was a year earlier That wrecking machine would make anybody in the HW division his *****
Foreman is a grossly under-rated fighter by many fans, truly a phenomenal talent. If you don’t think so, go back and watch some of his fights. He would have an easy time with AJ and Wilder but, Fury could present some problems. I would still favor Foreman.
I think Wilder punches as hard as Lyle and has an under rated will. I could envision a bunch of knockdowns like Foreman vs. Lyle. If Ruiz hurts AJ, Foreman knocks him unconscious. Foreman Fury is a tossup as Fury is too tall to be susceptible to those wide winging shots of George, but I doubt Fury could hurt George enough to make him honest. Fury gets off canvas twice , sticks and move to win a SD.
I don`t think George had great one punch power and AJ punches more correctly making life very hard for George, plus AJ throws better combo`s, including his signiture uppercut followed by the hook which dropped Ruiz, AJ got timed repeating this combo, I don`t know if George had the savvy to spot AJ repeating this combo, Ruiz studied it because Povettkin caught AJ after he used the same combo, if George can time him doing that ten he`ll win, it`s a massive weakness in AJ.
His biceps were as big if not bigger than Wilders and more defined than Fury`s he was far more powerful than Fury and around 6'3-4 and his fists were quick when he threw loads of shots as you stod in front of him, look at the Frazier fight, if these three stood in front of George they would not be ablwe to evade all those blows, it was a monstrous assault.
George had as they say 'heavy' hands. Most his shots seemed too telegraphed, yet had impact. If he had learned to throw with quickness, as you stated (correct) like the speed of RJJ that made his punches effective or Wilder who threw a very quick one punch to clock Brezeale...Foreman may have been the greatest KO artist. But he had slow hands that still caused pain. You could be right, but I'll still go George over AJ. AJ has several fights now where he was hurt or dropped and it wasn't the kind of knockdowns George had against Lyle, because they just stood there and went bombs away at each other. AJ is too smart for that, but as a result it gives GF time to brake AJ's will. George hits him on the nose, chin, ears, top of head, side of head, ear lobes; he'll be hearing wedding & church bells for a month!!!!!
Thing is, George was very hittable and he wouldn´t be called "Big" today, but he was tough and relentless and had very heavy hands.. all fights could go either way.
