Certainly it's all gone Pete Tong for Eddie and AJ while things are looking good for Fury and Fwank.

Fury was fighting a German pudding, but nonetheless looked really good. He's also a borne showman outside the ring unlike AJ.

Will be interesting to see who Fury fights next.

This is boxing, fury loses to wilder and AJ beats Ruiz and it's a totally different story.

One punch or one performance changes everything.

    Fury is number 1 now.

AJ is under huge pressure in the rematch. I hope for his sake there was something wrong in the first fight because if there wasn't then an immediate rematch is career suicide.

The fans may not have liked the fact fury didn't do the immediate rematch with wilder but you have to be smart, he wasn't yet at his best was a second away from a loss and he probably should have never have took the fight in the first place at that stage in his return.

Joshua has fought the better guys and has the better resume but this goes to show that it doesn't stand for anything now he has taken an L. Fury and wilder are seen as the top 2 even though their records don't compare to AJs.

Boxing is always a fickle sport

I have a feeling AJ will return in 'GSP mode'. Huge safety first, but working enough to get a decision

Yeah it’s not just the fact Fury fought a guy not in his class, in terms of looking good and putting on a show, he succeeded tenfold. The legend of The gypsy king is certainly getting bigger as time goes on.

Im not fussed on Joshua either way. I find him a bit manufactured, but do watch him fight and i enjoy most of them

But boxing over here is the same as football. Its very tribal. My team is in the same division as yours so a i hate you and yours etc. I doubt many people genuinely dislike AJ, why would you? Its more everyone wants their boy to be No.1 so they can rub your face in it lol

Delete the internet. Why you trying to use race? Did everyone's love him cause he was black? Now heavy getting fairly criticised it's cause he's black?

Truth is he's not as good as Jen was made out to be and people have realised, plus he's sonfake and has a personality like a potato

Well there wasn't a Tyson fury back then

If AJ was our only heavyweight with say chisora a distant #2 then I doubt there would be as many AJ haters

Quite sad and pathectic ppl use the "race card " ether trolling or paranoid. Alot of ppl won't like him because of Eddie Hearn or that he didn't fight wilder or fury or that Eddie would say he fight anyone then in same interview say why would he give 5050. Alot won't like same stay humble same interview over and over, alot like fury because he is outlandish and back story of the weight issues and mental health issues Americans especially love a story like that and as a previous poster stated in UK its tribal like football 1 has to be the top dog other is nowhere, personally like both guys hav met Joshua twice seems a decent guy like watch both different styles and blame promoters for fight not happening mainly Eddie side as if fury or wilder didnt want it why would they figjt each other or a dangerous fight in Ortiz etc

Lennox Lewis was a superb fighter and he had tons and tons of haters for a long while. Bruno was knocking about too. Your argument doesnt stack up.

Besides if AJ had that many haters, why is he consistently packing out 90k stadiums, 3/4 of them being whities?

Let’s be honest here, schwarz ranked 7th best heavyweight in Germany, this fight was always going to be a waste of time.

Did fury learn anything from this fight, no not really

People on here over hyping this fight and opponent are idiots

It was always going to be this way. Fight was announced and everyone, even Fury's fans, said it was a total waste of time. The opponent was garbage and Fury should batter him.

None of that has changed after said battering has been dished out. It was still a non title fight between Germany's seventh best heavyweight and a guy who's beaten Albania's second best crusierweight along with Pianeta in three years.

    This is nonsense.
Fury defeated Klitschko when Klitschko was the champion.
Fury fought Wilder (and 90% of people agree that he won.)

Joshua hasn't fought better guys than that.
