Afterthought of the fight, I've seen people (Josh and Galahad included) refer to Warrington's lifestyle change since his last fight. What exactly does this mean? Dietary? Change in training?
The scorecards that were in favour of Warrington were about right imo. Galahad made it difficult for Warrington to land clean, but he barely threw anything in return. The fight reminded me of Hughie Fury v Parker in some ways.
That was such a close "fight" that it could have really gone either way. I wouldnt claim robbery for either fighter because you could easily score a close round to one or the other, then at the end it could look rather wide. But I'm happier Warrington got the nod. Galahad was a disgrace. He fought like a washed up junior witter. Done nothing but hold and head lock.
One came to fight and one came to get the decision by whatever means possible . In my eyes Galahad should have been kicked out of the ring in the first half as his constant holding as pushing down on josh was a disgrace . We all know the way to beat Warrington is to nullify the speed and pressure but at least turn up to fight and not rob the guy
The dirtiness was two ways, why is it only Barry getting criticised? Warrington was constantly putting the head in too.
Very disappointing fight Josh struggled to get any rhythm and kg holding spoilt the fight. Thought kg sud have had at least 1 point off but Josh was dangerous with his head so he cud of had one as well. I actually thought kg stung warrington a couple times but he never let his hands go at all. For me warrington just nicked it kg will b kicking himself this morning.
You will be telling me Spud Naz was British next when he himself stated publicly that his country was Yemen.
Boxing and your right wing views really don’t mix - you just come across as one of life’s numpty’s trying stir things up.
Horrible fight to watch. Should have been a draw since neither did enough to win. Both were more interested in grazing their heads against one another.
What is right wing about stating the facts? The way he has conducted himself in the past, his own views - are you seriously stating that he does not consider himself Asian? Would consider your point reasonable about right wing views should one post about disliking Hamilton Accies but there has been no such posts.
