How did Fury’s entrance go down with Americans?

It was fun. Say what you like about Fury but he's authentic in what he says and does - good and the not-so-good. So okay, Bob ran with this and made some corporate mileage out of it but it's not a manufactured persona from the ground, up...

Well it certainly went down better than that bum Joshua's entrance.

I have yet to see an American fight in the uk and wear all British colors. I don't they'd ever be able to return back home if they ever did that.

Lol guy is more patriotic for America than the US women's world cup team.

Tyson is smart. He is going get the support of all the conservatives tired of hearing our country sucks and all the liberals who like celebrity/boxing. Can use gypsy oppression for them too.

Think he likes America more than Wilder too ha. I wish Wilder would take the opportunity to try and bring Americans together rather then go on the black people oppressed soap opera. Ali was a voice when they needed him. Wilder has a chance to be a band-aid for the country to rally behind. But he stays on the race cards unfortunately. Although I give him credit for meeting with Trump. Lots of athletes are on their high horse with that. Don't have to agree with him but you should respect whoever is in office.

LOL I don’t think Fury cares much about what people think of him here. He is loving it over there instead. He won’t be dragging fighters over here. I think he would rather put on a show for the American audience.
He commented once how in the U.K. he will always be a gypsy and never treated equally.

The British fans much prefer him over Joshua though. Sky just never put the money into him.

This is pure Fury. The only guy who could pull it off.

He's the Bill Murray of boxing. One day there'll be a whole book of stories about Tyson Fury turning up at house parties uninvited, just for a laugh.

I found it stupid but fun. Though I wish to God ESPN would take a page out of the same professional wrestling they were deriding with all those Undertaker comments and SHUT THE **** UP during ring walks like that.

It was a great promotional idea but it‘s not my taste, i prefer gladiator like entrances from warriors ready to punish their opponent beyond recognizing.

I'm not into the jive talking and faux fracas that happens prefight, but hey come fight night why not a bit of razzmataz as long as it is not drawn out as sometimes it is.

Whether it the back to basics Mike Tyson look, or Furys stars and stripes during at the ring walk, it is the high velocity glove to jaw interface that actually matters.

I think the white Apolo Creed did himself no harm by his ring entrance and inside the squared circle exploits last night, and i am sure he has ensured the big money will keep rolling in.
