No sense of distance, no work to the body, no moving one's head, and just flay away hoping something big lands.

This guy is such a huge waste of talent, just like Rahim Chahkiev.

Damn that was a garbage stoppage.

 

Stopped Russo and held two wins over him in AIBA Pro Boxing.

 

For me , he's the most ' dissappointing ' fighter going around , right now. When I started watching him fight , here's this Russian , scary as **** , looking Bikie dude , dispatched quality veterans , way easier than he should have been doing , with only a handful of fights ! I think his career changed in the first Duradola fight . I don't know but maybe Duradola spoke some pre fight trash about him . I remember he hurt Duradola straight up and then arrogantly dropped his hands, followed him around the ring , playing with him , all cocky and **** . As soon as I saw that , I got a real bad feeling . Sure enough he got stopped in that fight and instantly lost his punch resistance ( if he ever had any ) .

 

Thats what I did, it was fun to watch, especially the main event

Kudryashov has always been like this. He's a powerful puncher with a shoddy defense and questionable chin.

He was always going to give us exciting fights, win or loss. I never expected him to get better over the course of his career.

 

Ok, the (main) fight definitely delivered.

The stoppage was fine with me, I think the referee saved Kudryashov's health.

 

Also, let's say that a high boxing IQ is not exactly his forte...

 

Don't forget horrid stamina

 

It wasn't Kuds's crappy chin or stamina or even defence that let him down here, but his reckless aggression and impatience to hurt Makabu when it looked like he had him slightly stunned in the second. There was no reason for him to just wade in there flailing away. It was completely irresponsible and more or less signalled the end of the fight when he got dropped.
