Jirov would need to get a crash course in the art of feinting to avoid getting clipped. His feint game was probably on par with his defensive capabilities and this is the wrong opponent for those traits and fatal flaws.

That isn’t true. He beat ranked cruisers who aren’t well known. Also he won the Val Barker Award and had the great fight with Toney so he’s legit in my book. Foster just wasn’t a cruiser.
One Ring ranked cruiser Arthur Williams no 6. Toney beat him handily, even flooring him along the way. Jirov was a decent fighter ,Foster was a great one.
