I was thinking purely in terms of getting another immediate shot at Warrington.” For that reason only.

Warren has already said he won’t let Galahad on one of his cards again after that stinker

It showed up how limited Warrington is for me , I’ll probably be backing against him now if he steps up to unification level

Carl doesn't want anything to do with Galahad. Absolute career suicide. Successfully ducked him when he himself was successful but wont get away with the same moves now. Galahad is like a disease. A slow silent killer.

Warrington has no chance against Gary Russell an accomplished southpaw and that is the fight Frank wants to make.

I am sure people haven't watched Kid apart from on Saturday. He doesn't normally grab anywhere near as much as he did then. He was neutralising the best part of Warrington's game which is clever. He isn't excactly Okolie, he doesn't stink the place out every time he fights.

In theory Len, if kid fought in exactly the same manner as he did vs Josh then I would pick Carl to beat him. It's not a big puzzle to solve, of how to give yourself position against kid potshotting bending and falling in. Josh on the night couldn't pull it off. It's not that Josh isn't clever enough it's more a case of, on the night he let emotions overcome him. It was Josh that overwhelmed himself. Certainly now if they met, under those same conditions, I'd pick Carl unless kid changed his tactics then that may be a different story.

Hopefully the IBF order a rematch so we can all see how clever Josh really is.

I doubt Warrington and his dad would.

Frampton is in the final phase of his career having landed the ESPN deal, what on earth does Barry bring to the table? He’s in the “who needs him club”.

ESPN will want to see some return - however KG doesn’t draw big money, fans won’t flock to it and it’ll probably be a stinker.

I cant see why he takes the fight with Galahad?

Not a huge payday, not gonna be an entertaining fight for the casual fan, tougher than it may seem, not a huge name globally, doesnt like the guy, doesn't wanna be in with someone proven to have cheated.

Frampton has two things on his mind at this time in his career, another world title or a massive pay day and Galahad delivers neither.

Yes we all know that furey. But what if the Valdez fight falls through. I was thinking of a route to a Warrington rematch for Carl by him beating the man many think just beat Josh. Carl might beat Josh with a different approach next time. Carl fought completely the wrong fight against Josh meeting him head on. but now We'veh seen Josh how struggles against a more cagey approach. Just saying.

the flipside to that point is that Galahad has never been in with an opponent the level of Warrington before and call it "neutralising" all you want it was holding and grappling. But he has never had to do that before due to being a level above every other fighter he has fought so far. I would imagine that Galahad would fight like this against most of the better fighters out there.

at this stage in his career i cant see Frampton ever beating Josh... he just doesnt have the tank for it at this weight

Frampton only has two fights on his mind just now... Valdez and Santa Cruz
