It was a shocking display. (just watche the fight there) Bird seen that elbow and completely ignored it (prob cos of the back of the head shot). 2 wrongs dont make a right and the fact he just told Glowacki to get up. Didnt let him recover or anything and that elbow did look like it hit right on the corner of the chin. Then the debacle with the bell is disgusting, he should have been aware the round was about to end after the knockdown and like most refs be ready to step in, that and the fact he was the only person in the arena that didnt hear the bell, guy damn near broke the hammer on the bell smashing it repeatedly so hard !!
And then he proceeded to further confuse everyone by waving his hands as if to say that’s it, fights over, lol. Mazzagati must’ve been observing all that and nodding in acceptance.
I don't understand why they have a ref in there who doesn't speak the language of either of the fighters.
