He has shown a very solid chin but his problem is he's easy to hit. Take away the height and reach advantage he typically holds against opponents at CW and he'll take ungodly punishment if he moves up. (and likely get stopped if facing a pretty good HW puncher)
Since he began fighting. But Vysotskyy makes a much more valid point. No matter how good your chin is, it's never a good idea to constantly expose it to damage, and Dorticos's style as it is would lead to him shipping some major and constant damage from HWs. In that respect it's better to have a mediocre chin but the speed and defensive nous to keep it away from danger. Oh, and regarding Gassiev's power being nothing special at HW... Did someone just say that Breidis lacks power? He flatlined Charr. Turned his lights out, literally. Dorticos could do with the move, IMHO. He looks like he could do with the move up. Oh, "chinny" fighters don't last as long as Dorticos did with Gassiev.
Gotta love Arreola. I always had a soft spot for him. Entertaining and always was willing to go out on his shield, decent dude too. Say's something when he puts Gassiev's power ABOVE Vitali's. Gassiev, without the weight cut, is going to hurt some people at HW.
