Well Victor Ortiz was/is quite a bit of a better in terms of calibre and draw than Louis Ortiz. Louis Ortiz can't draw sh** by himself.

When Floyd fought complete nobodies like Berto he still did 450/500k. Anything mediocre he did 750-900k. Anything good was always 1+ million and Floyd had tons of quality opponents throughout his career.

Louis Ortiz in terms of quality/draw and name recognition would be a below-average scalp for Floyd.

How much did fight #1 do? That is a decent gauge. Any increase is by casuals from the ESPN hype Arum purchases.

Not at all. Victor Ortiz was a bigger underdog than luis Ortiz is to wilder. People pay for matchups.

Ortiz is top 7 in the division.

Floyd only started drawing crap end of his career because people were tired of it. In many ways after may-Pac both their hype died down. With exception of May-Mac because of crossover hype.

If Wilder were to beat Ortiz and Ruiz and Fury were to continue to look impressive...the fight would be huge. You would have the undisputed HW title on the line, the lineal champ, it would be a huge event. Not 4 million big...but it could definitely get over a million.

Couldn't give a donkey's how many ppvs it sells. Bob you senile old frog, just focus on ensuring you get the fight made in due course and make sure your boy doesn't get cold feet.

I don't think it has much of a chance of doing anywhere that. I do think it will be a much bigger fight than their first one, I imagine it to do something in the 700k buy range (which is pretty respectable given that both of these guys are not that mainstream in America).

not even close. this is hilarious. wilder and fury together don't add up to the popularity of floyd or pac by themselves.
