Gambling is a terrible addiction, so wrong how much sponsorship Gambling provides to sport. There was an agreement a few months back about less advertising during live sport on TV. the "Labbrokes Life" adverts are a hideous glorification of gambling
I lost £200 betting on Price in the first Thompson fight. At the time I was a casual boxing fan and just thought it was a formality KO for the plumber. The only massive bet I’ve placed since then was £500 on Abraham to beat Smith in the first fight and obviously I was absolutely bricking it when the judges scorecards were being announced.
Didn’t score the fight but Conway looked to be picking Cheeseman off at times. Cheeseman cannot move up above British Level
I was flicking in between love island (the mrs wanted to, honest) so can’t score it properly. My mate said it was a robbery though. Can Cheeseman mix it with Fowler and Fitz? I’m not so sure. He needs to really go back to the drawing board, new gym, new coach just a completely fresh start.
Cheeseman vs Fitzgerald next. He’s lucky that there’s entertaining fights at British level. The Eggington fight will always be there.
Made a fortune on the Price vs Thompson fights... Don’t tend to gamble unless I think the bookies have it badly wrong. Too easy to get sucked in.
Cheeseman is British level for life I'm afraid, zero sign of any improvements from the Garcia fight he is so basic.
My biggest ever bet was on a horse, had over 4 figures Ante Post and it got injured so I did it in. On the day bet something else in it Win Only and it got chinned. Great sport, or character building as my old man said
