I actually think 5,489 tickets sold is quite impressive considering the opponent.

There are a lot of Fury fans here but the vast majority would draw the line at paying out and travelling to see such a mismatch against an unknown and lowly-regarded opponent.

Neither of the fighters are local to Las Vegas either, not even Americans.
Schwarz is the 7th ranked German heavyweight for crying out loud.

Amazing that so many people bought tickets.

Apparently when Fury weighed in, the scale only went up to 263. The better scale was locked in a safe at MGM.

ESPN just need to refer to Fury as the WBC champion and keep reminding their audience that PBC's shining 'star' is a fraudulent champion who is walking round with Fury's belt wrapped around his waist.

They should also constantly remind their audience that said fraud was beaten by the drug-ravaged muscle atrophied inactive 40% shot shell of Fury on his (Bum Squad's) turf and that he needed Fury's gift of the gab, caravan swag and skills as a salesman to drag Bum Squad from obscurity into the limelight (in his own country ) because prior to that no one outside of Tuscaloosa knew who the hell he was until the ghost of The Gypsy King baptized his ass lol

No heavyweight can slip and turn a fighter out of the corner like Fury can. Dude is ****ing unreal. He reads an opponent's body language (not even telegraphed punches) before his man even throws. & processes it all to react before his opponent does it. This is FLOYD LEVEL ring IQ. This is what years of graft in the art of boxing produces.

He does EVERYTHING better than every other fighter in the division excluding one thing, power. But if he was throwing windmills and sat on his punches it wouldn't be too bad either.

His IQ, stamina, inside fighting, outside fighting. footwork, footspeed, handspeed, feints, toughness, heart, punch selection, mental strength, head and body movement. You name it.

Hell most of the heavyweights can't even do these things. They are so basic in comparison.

Fury would beat Whyte & Ruiz with one hand behind his back no joke.

To top it all off, Fury is 6'8" 260 pounds. I mean wtf this man is too good.

Wait till Wilder faces a Fury in 100% shape and can go the full 12 without getting tired like he did in the first fight. I think Fury is going to stop Wilder...

ESPN+ lost over 100 million dollars last quarter. It’s a dud. People aren’t buying it. Never listen to Bob Arum he is full of ****. ESPN is in huge trouble they are saddled with a lot of bad contracts with the NBA and MLB. They are losing millions of subscribers a year. They have already had 2 rounds of layoffs with one more speculated to come later this year.
