What was the most impressive KO in under a minute in the history of boxing?

    Jimmy Thunder vs. Crawford Grimsley

It officially went 13 seconds but it should have went 2-3 seconds. I mean I don't know if it's impressive in the terms you stated, but the fact Grimsley was throwing punches thinking he was in a fight well after the final bell is somewhat impressive, I guess.

Mark. A video you find on YouTube isn't always thread worthy....

    You posted this quickly

Mark level with us, are you actually the voice behind BoxingExtra?

Oh also, though I've never seen it, I'd take Dempsey vs Fulton as the most impressive "less than a minute" knockout. Fulton was a great contender and Dempsey ended that real quick.

    Norton - Bobick
    Cooney - Norton
    Tyson - Frazier

Looking over the records of notorious bombers like Joe Louis, Mike Tyson, Earnie Shavers, and Deontay Wilder, getting someone out in less than a minute is really quite extraordinary. Even those guys took a minute or two to get warmed up.

So you made a video and thread about a 91-second fight to discuss knockouts in under a minute?

    All good my friend.

I was at that fight in Atlantic City up in the nosebleeds.

Guy named Buster Douglas fought on the undercard. I forget who else, but I saw Azumah Nelson fight live that afternoon and attended cards headlined by Big George Foreman and Hector Camacho in the days leading up to it.

My father came up with the idea of taking the family to AC for a getaway for the big fight. He would always joke about picking the wrong one because it only lasted 91 seconds but we all would tell him what a great time it was and all the other fighters we got to see. Still cherish that trip.

Nice. DeJohn even managed to squeeze in three knockdowns in those 47 seconds.

I know, isn't that ridiculous. Here it is for anyone who has 47 seconds to spare.

Gerald McClellan vs I think it was Jay bell.
McClellan hit him with only 1 shot, a huge left hook to the liver and bell collapsed unable to make the count. One of the most fast and impressive knockouts of all time if you ask me, huge display of speed power and accuracy.
