I'm gonna go against the tide and pick Washington by decision. His stamina is poor but so is Helenius and I feel that Washington is the better boxer out of the 2.
No way Washington is better boxer than Helenius. Roberts amateur career was way more better than Washingtons + Helenius also have had better wins at pro.
That was years ago. Helenius is shot and received a gift against Bykhautsou twice recently. If Washington's stamina has improved and if he can avoid Helenius' right hand then I see no reason why he can't score a UD win here.
This fight will go one of two ways. They hug, spoil and puff their way to a boring decision or glass gets shattered inside 6.
Hey, Robert, thanks for the Teper fight. I dedicate your performance to Pricey, hope you don't mind. He never got justice until then.
I think Helenius will TKO/KO Washington before 6 IF he's stamina has got better. I think Helenius punches way harder than Washington and Helenius got okay chin.
Tough one, I don´t think Helenius meant to do that shift-step-left-bomb he KOed Teper with.. this coming from a Finn. But I trust Robert´s more conventional punches will break Washington.
Helenius is the superior boxer and has better skillset. Both are shot. More or less. Helenius showed he has still some heart vs. Teper. Ofc Teper is terrible and has no power but still. It was a solid win these days. I doubt Washington will win here. He's lacking the speed and footwork to land here IMO as Helenius has good jab. And he will gas even worse than Helenius after 3-4 rounds. And Washington not a inside fighter so probably hard for him to land. Helenius should cruise to a dec here. Something like 7-3.
By the way the reason why Helenius sounds like Christian Bale's Batman here is because someone had recently punched him in the throat during sparring.
