Ruiz has improved since he lost to Parker, he countered AJ`s jab far better than he did when facing Parker, he would counter Parker`s jab all night and Parker didn`t even though many jabs against his recent opponent.
I do however think out of the 3 he can beat Whyte He just had to be as aggressive as he was in the latter stages throughout the whole fight
Parker did not out-jab AJ when they met, he did not land more jabs and Parker has lost to Whyte since showing huge defensive flaws.
You can't really compare them like that, and that Whyte fight I can't believe people actually use that as a criticism against Parker. Whyte would have lost that on a non Matchroom card
I think he would lose the rematches against Ruiz, Joshua, Whyte, Fury & Takam. Maybe Sherman Williams can do enough to pull it off.
Hard to say based on last night's performance. It looked like he was going through the motions shaking a bit of ring rust off. I do think Ruiz beats him, as Parker is predictable, and now that Ruiz knows his timing and the patterns of his attack he should be able to do better. Confidence-wise he'll also be on a peak, which might drastically change the swing of the fight. Joshua, again, hard to say. If Joshua's back to his best he should just outpoint Parker again. If he's mentally ruined then anything can happen. I think Parker can beat Whyte if he really pushes for it. His inability to cope with Whyte's bullying and dirty tactics cost him the first fight, but if he can get a bit of dog into him I see him giving Whyte a beating. I thought that the first fight though, and Whyte surprised me with his toughness and punching power, so I guess none of the rematches is cut and dry really.
Depends on his mindset. Whyte was there for the taking. I'd back him over Whyte. Toss up with the other two
1. Easy UD for Ruiz in the States. Parker to stare at Barry tenaciously during the bout who is screaming about the double jab. 2. Another close loss to Whyte due to Whyte and team learning and implementing a game plan, studying the previous bout, whilst Parker and Barry are practicing the double jab. 3. Joshua UD due to implementing a gameplan to counter act Barry's now widely known predilection for implementing double jab.
He beats Whyte. He's better than Whyte. He was the better fighter the night they fought. I thought he earned a draw even with the error in the scoring and Whyte's fouling. He probably stops Whyte if they fight again. Which they won't unless Parker has titles or Whyte gets desperate. Whyte knows he got away with it once. Ruiz is 50-50, probably another close decision. Both fighters are about the same but a bit more seasoned. Joshua is 50-50 if there's a normal referee. But it's hard to say. We'll have to see how Joshua looks coming back. He may be ruined after the Ruiz rematch or he might prove to be improved.
