    ...if DC beats Stipe again?

I find that fight unbelievably intriguing stylistically. Plus you have the marketing angle of DC trying to avenge Cain's loss.

NO. there is no rivalry or bad blood. A mega fight needs a feud and an unanswered question of who will win between two greats.

I doubt it happens unless Cormier has more then 1-2 fights before he retires but if it did happen since Ngannou isn't big enough name it wouldn't qualify as a mega-fight.
Ngannou has some big wins on his resume even if they were past there best and he has a massive potential which I think if he continues his progression will get him a championship possibly in a couple years, even now he's probably only behind Cormier and Stipe.

No way is it a mega fight. That's ridiculous. Ngannou got easily beaten by that bum Derrick lewis a few fights back. A mega fight to me is when guys have gone on loooooonnnggggg undefeated reigns and then come together for a super fight. Think if GSP-Silva fought in their prime.

It's not a mega fight. Or super fight, as most people say.

It's a very intriguing fight, though. Francis' ability to knock people out in scrambly scenarios makes it very interesting. DC would have to be very careful closing distance and initiating takedowns, because Francis doesn't need a lot of room to scramble your brains.

    Not really.
    Case in point: UFC 114.
It comes down to the athletes popularity and whether there is a strong rivalry.

The only mma fights I consider super fights would be Khabib vs McGregor 2 (in terms of box office, not the actual fight)

I dont think any other fight is a bonafide super fight.

But second tier big fights I think would be big events are

    Khabib vs St Pierre
    Khabib vs Ferguson
Jones vs DC 3 at heavy
    Nunes vs Cyborg 2
