It wasn't a back turn. It's MMA. He missed the shot, wasn't focusing on his feet and stood with his back in front of Ngannou because he actually landed there with his feet. Did you ever sparred a round in MMA? It happens often. Totally dumb comparison. And JDS far away from being a glass jaw. Who cares about Boxing in MMA? MMA is not Boxing. It's Mixed Martial Arts. JDS would kill a pro boxer in a street brawl or in MMA. You don't have to throw a perfect hayemaker in MMA to win a fight LMAO. But obviously you can lose a fight with poor boxing....especially in HW.

Thanks for proving that most MMA guys underrate boxing. This argument was started by UFC shills who wanted to boost their product credibility, and so what they did is they started to downplay boxing, the right way to throw, to defend etc. and the validity of their argument was nothing against boxing really, it was mostly against not having any other type of martial art experience to have a complete game. But it worked, many people bought up that boxing was indeed useless, and now here we are with dudes who don't know how to throw punch, yet win most of their fights with punches against opponent who have bad defenses and throw punches just as bad.

Just when JDS was in his locker room practicing with his coach I knew it was gonna be a bad night for him : hands low, with a huge space between them, head static hanging in the air, swinging and getting off-balanced, it was already obvious he was getting knocked out.

The fact is, plenty of UFC fighters win their fights because they have superior boxing, or at least superior "hands". Just like Benavidez did, on the same card, that night, against Formiga.

I'm actually a MMA guy and was rooting for Artem, and I'm not emotionally attached to what JDS says, especially considering he's shot.

I'm only bringing up boxing vs mma because you claimed boxing was useless in MMA, and had to address the myth on which you based your arguments. Nice insults mate, really glad that not only you addressed NONE of my points, but in fact proved some (like how most of the MMA community underrate boxing, which is a fact, no other martial art is being underrated by the UFC personals but boxing). Junior Dos Santos is literally past his prime. And he is a kickboxer with good hands by MMA standards, he is by no means a pure boxer.
