Cannot decide how I'd see this going.

Which means it's a good fight.

50/50 is fair , hopefully the fight goes ahead - I think Smith wins on points and will have him down a couple of times.

Would be great to see this but do the casuals know Smith enough? Other big question is do we get the 100% slick BJS or the half arsed one

He tends to rise to the occasion depending on the opponent. I feel we'll see the best of him if this fight gets made.

Unfortunately it was - one of the worst ‘big’ fights I’ve ever seen.

Hope the fight happens. Gut tells me Smith will be the one wanting 60/40 etc. Has genuine world titles and far more to lose.

Would be a good fight. Smith is far too big for BJS who has no right to be at 168 but BJS is a quality boxer who isn't an easy fight for anyone.

Happy to pay £15 and watch but want some 50/50 fights on undercard, not FW giving exposure to his younger fighters in gimmes

Smith’s been around long enough now, I reckon it will sell well.

As for the fight, I’m leaning towards Smith.
Both fighters rise to the occasion though- it could be a cracking scrap.

    Smith ko

He ain't no Eubank Jr or lemiuex and saunders gonna find that out the hard way.

Post fight everyone on here will say saunders was untested and they "always knew" he'd come a cropper when he stepped up

    Bank it.

How is it compared to other offers? A potential Canelo offer? A unification with Dirrell/Benavidez?

We all knew it weren’t going to be accepted. If sky offered 50/50 to BJS do you think it would’ve been accepted?

Is it just me or does joe Gallagher always come across bit arrogant dick. Where do they have this notion Calum is this crazy well known ppv star. He is barley known in uk never mind elsewhere If think beat bjs easy and get paid 7 figures why wouldn’t you take that

Warren has also stated that he would be fine with Saunders fighting on another platform if necessary for a big fight, including this. BJS has a world title, if you have aspirations to unify then why not fight him? They could sell this fight big time especially with Saunders’s mouth.

A get what you mean mate but potential offer. It might not ever come and canelo wants kovalev by looks of it. Dirrel isn’t a big fight where he could fight bjs a much smaller not biggest puncher in uk unification it get crazy hype build profile and give him a better postion negotiating canelo
