Porter could be looking to box instead of brawl

Porter in his last two fights hasn't fought the same as he usually does. In the danny garcia fight there was times he swarmed and times he used backfoot movement using his athleticism. In the ugas fight he just stayed on the outside used the jab and ran around the ring and would engage very little. I think porter used the danny Garcia fight and the ugas fight to practice this new style to prepare for spence.
I do not expect porter to come into the ring and start swarming like he usually does
I think this time since they've used a different style . Porter will be more careful and will use his natural gifted athleticism to help him box and bounce around on the outside like he did in the ugas fight . He will only come in and engage in moments if he sees a chance to hurt Spence. Or to slow down Spence. He might be looking and play it safe on the outside hop around boxing til Spence shows signs of fatigue then maybe he'll swarm in at the moment. But I don't expect to see the same porter we have always seen against(Thurman, brook) show up against spencer.he will Probably only swarm spence at moments he feels he needs to slow spence down or to win the round if he feels hes down on the scorecards . I do think as soon as Spence show signs of gassing a bit he gonna turn up the volume and swarm in

I think this guy gonna stay on the outside more .and use his athleticism to come in and out

I think he gonna use the ugas game plan and just exchange at moments

Box swarm game plan in a way

    Different porter in my opinion

I'm not saying hes gonna win I'm just saying this wont be the same porter we usually see he definitely gonna box and move more jab as well

This may not be what the fans want to see

But we get to see Spence skill come into play if porter uses his as well

I agree though I thought he lost to ugas

The boxing strategy is effective and prevents him from taking too much

I'm not sure he can beat spence with either approach but he has the tools to do it

When Porter came out to box, he was losing to Ugas and Garcia. That style just doesn't fit him. If he does that with Spence, he will lose for sure. His best bet is to fight his usual style and make Spence work. Either way, he loses to Spence, but it will be a more competitive fight if he do his style of brawl and wrestle.

Porter doesn't even punch that hard. His big problem with his style.

Porter beat Garcia despite not using his tactical/stylistic advantage. That was somewhat of a surprise to me (I picked Porter with confidence just expected him to be getting inside every minute). Could/should have been more dominant if he fought more like he usually does, in my opinion. I suppose the Garcia lead hook is to be respected among the better punches in recent boxing. But fighting the way Porter did left him more open to it, in my opinion. He took it well and answered back each time.

i think Porter is not gonna engage with Spence and will try to box for the whole fight.

If Porter tries to box his chances of winning will be even lower.

He should do what he does best not and he definitely shouldn't try to outbox the better boxer.

He needs to get on Spence's chest and throw everything at him. Completely pointless exercise trying to outbox him. Although I did enjoy seeing Porter come out against Garcia trying to fight off the back foot, made the match up more interesting and Garcia didn't seem to know what to do at times.
