I think so too, he's been fat his whole career, being more muscle bound might be a disadvantage, he would loose speed and will get tired quicker. If it works, don't fix it.

 

Well, he doesn't have to gain any muscle, he is already quite muscular.
But he could easily loose a few lbs of fat. Just stop with the snickers and BS during camp.
Ruiz is not fat because of genetics. Ruiz is fat because he ****ing eats everything.

Thats actually an excellent observation. I never thought of that but it is noticeable in this video. Also though he does have a Tank top on and those tend to hold you in a bit lol!

 

Looking at him recently he might need to combine his belts to wear them.
