Can't say I'm really surprised. Gorman just hasn't looked as effective as Dubois and it showed up here. Dubois has good output and power but he'll need to show it against better opponents than Gorman.
Gorman had a damn good performance against Sean Turner. That performance alone had led me to believe tonight would be a lot more competitive than it actually was. (Edit: Pretty sure it was Sean Turner...)
Yup. That night his handzpeed and combination punching was so impressive. He’ll always look good against “sitting duck” opponents. Like I said, so long as he stays motivated and trains even harder he will definitely pick up some good wins down the line. He’s a good fighter still and showed he has a decent chin because he got back up from the first KD and almost caught Dubois Ruiz-Style.
