    Khan is just going through the gears. Go in camp, rehash what once worked and get in great shape.
    Most of the time boxers just revamp their conditioning routine instead of getting better at actual boxing.

    Robert Guerrero is a fine example of that. Started doing crossfit yet improved **** all. At least he was able to do a few pull ups, for whatever that was worth.

    Khan was fighting Billy Dib, FFS. One doesn't need even need a training camp for Billy Dib — just a weight loss camp to make the scales.

    If anything, Khan's skills have greatly regressed since beating the likes of Maidana and Alexander, because, by his own admission, he's only ever really in the gym when he's in a training camp for a fight.

    And this is the guy who wants to fight Crawford again. :lol:

    Khan wants another go-round with Crawford for some reason. Maybe it's because, deep down, he feels embarrassed about the way he quit against Crawford and wants to try and redeem himself in a rematch.

    He`s always had the same gaps in his defense, a very flawed fighter in terms of his fundamentals.
