    I think Calzaghe edges him.

Lewis has no basis for being a Top 3 ATG Heavyweight. That's awfully charitable.

No contest for mine. Joe stayed at home most of his career defending the WBO Super-Middleweight title.
In historical boxing terms that hardly compares to Lewis who held all the belts at heavyweight after beating Holyfield. Lennox beat more opponents in heavyweight title fights than anyone in history except Wlad, Louis, Ali and Holmes.
    Cheers All.

    Let me clarify my comments.

Calzaghe is a greater within his own division than Lennox is within his, however as a fighter Lewis is greater.

Lewis isn't even Top 5, what makes you think he'd be second to Ali?

No one then would beat a 100% focussed Lewis Yeah he messed up not taking McCall & Rahman seriously but he made them pay in the rematches didnt he. He beat every man he faced in the pro ring. Only The Greatest Muhammad Ali beats him

I wouldn't consider either of them anywhere near Fitzsimmons or Wilde level. But I'd say Lewis is surely greater than Calzaghe.
